PHASE 1

Swelling and bruising are most noticeable. You’ll wear a nasal splint and may feel some nasal congestion. Most patients return to work within 2 weeks. Bruising and swelling begin to fade.
PHASE 2
Weeks 3-8
Light exercise can resume around week 3. Swelling continues to subside. Most activities can be resumed at 6 to 8 weeks. The nose begins to settle into its final shape.
PHASE 3
Months 3-12
Residual swelling decreases over 3 to 6 months, especially at the tip. Final results are visible at around 12 months once all swelling has resolved.
